Light Up the Wright
Bring family and friends for the best view of the Canada Day fireworks courtesy of the Friendship Festival. Our friends in Fort Erie shoot off fireworks at 10pm on July 1st right across the river from the boathouse. There will be food and beverages to purchase and music playing, so bring your chairs and make yourself at home at this celebration of friendship and our Canadian neightbors. Niagara Frontier Bicycle Club - CanAm Weekend
The perfect way to see as much or as little of the Niagara Frontier as your legs can pedal. Join the Niagara Frontier Bicycle Club on their annual weekend touring both the US and Canadian sides of the Niagara region. Rides on Saturday offer a variety of WNY sites to see, while the Sunday rides range from 35 miles (a short US ride) to 65 or 100 mile rides crossing over into Canada and exploring the beauty of the Niagara River from the "other" side of the Peace Bridge. 2nd Annual Art Show
Art and architecture are a natural pairing so join us as we enhance the beauty of Wright's beloved boathouse with a jurored art show of works from members of the Buffalo Society of Artists. This second annual showing will allow guests to not only see the talent of local artists, but provide an opportunity for purchasing the displayed works. Some of the best will compete in this, the largest of the 2013 regattas on the rowing campus. High school students from all over New York, Pennsylvania and Southern Ontario will gather to showcase their talents and match their skills againts each other.

This invitational high school regatta celebrates the legacy of rowing coach Charlie Fontana by bringing together local teams to complete peer to peer.

100th Anniversary WSRC Invitational Regatta
This regatta celebrates the 100th anniversary of the first regatta host by the West Side Rowing Club. Over 100 years of rowing excellence will be celebrated as some of the best in the region gather for the commemorative event.

Head of the Niagara/ Wright Regatta
This is a duel meet with high school rowers and master oarsman rowing throughout the day. Come see the best of our WNY crew teams and master level competition.
